Once shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier. Estimated shipping times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

USPS, UPS, or other shipping carriers
Weather conditions
Lost or stolen packages
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded.
Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and items so we can assist you.
